Tickets
Tickets are limited as endorsed and are non-transferable. The unauthorized resale of
Vonlane tickets is strictly prohibited and will be prosecuted. Tickets are valid ONLY for the schedule,
date and time for which purchased. All passengers must be checked in with an attendant five minutes prior
to departure. Customers who fail to cancel a trip at least two (2) hours prior to departure or who do not
board the coach at least 5 minutes prior to departure will be considered a no show and all fare will be
forfeited.
Fares & Fees
Fares are valid ONLY for the schedule, date and time for which quoted. Discount fares
are subject to date, time and schedule restrictions. All unrestricted one-way or roundtrip ticket fares
that are cancelled within 24 hours of the first segment of the trip but 2-hours prior to the time of
departure are available as Vonlane travel credit for six months from the date of cancellation. Travel
credit must be used to complete travel in the six months following the cancel date. Fares are payable in
US dollars only unless stated otherwise. Fares are subject to change and may be higher during holiday and
peak periods.
Cancellations & Modifications
Tickets cancelled greater than 24 hours in advance of the first leg of the departure
time are fully refundable, at a value equal to the fare paid, to the original form of payment used to
purchase the ticket.
Tickets cancelled inside of 24 hours and prior to 2 hours before the first leg
departure time of your trip are re-usable for future travel at a value equal to the original fare paid.
Tickets cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the trip departure time are non-cancellable and
nonrefundable.
Credit for cancelled trips expires six months after the cancellation date and is
removed from a passenger's account. Credit must be used to complete travel within six months of the
original cancel date. There is no refundable or re-usable value for a "no-show" ticket. Trips booked
within 24 hours of the departure time are not refundable to the purchaser's credit card.
All tickets may be modified to another scheduled trip provided there are seats
available on the newly selected trip. A ticket may only be modified one time within two hours of the
original departure time. Once it has been modified, the new ticket will be non-refundable and
non-transferable in any form. Modifications may result in additional charges should the newly selected trip
have a higher fare. Cancelling your existing trip and purchasing a new ticket will result in a second
charge to your credit card. Your cancelled trip will be subject to our cancellation policy and thus may
result in a loss of fare or the issuance of Vonlane credit. Any modification made less than two hours prior
to the departure time of a trip results in a new ticket that is non-refundable. Passengers who modify
their trip to another departure with a higher fare must pay the fare difference. Modifications to lower
fare trips will result in Vonlane credit on the booking passenger's account for use towards future travel
in the six months following the modification date.
Amenities
Fares are payment solely for transportation. Amenity items including, but not limited
to, Wi-Fi, meals, snacks, blankets, pillows, and beverages are complimentary, are based on availability,
and not guaranteed as part of transportation fare.
Vonlane Rewards
Vonlane may, in its discretion, change the Vonlane rewards program rules, regulations,
and award level at any time with or without notice. This means that the accumulation of mileage credit
does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to such mileage credits, awards or program
benefits.
Vonlane may, among other things, (i) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any award
grant; (ii) change program benefits, mileage levels, participant affiliations, conditions of
participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining or forfeiting mileage credit, or rules for the use
of travel awards; (iii) rename or redefine program elements or benefits; (iv) add travel embargo dates,
limit the number of seats available for award travel (including, but not limited to, allocating no seats
on certain trips) or otherwise restrict the continued availability of travel credit awards.
Vonlane may make any one or more of these changes at any time even though such changes
may affect your ability to use the credit or miles that you have already accumulated.
Vonlane Rewards members must have mileage earning or redeeming activity once every 6
months in order to retain their miles. If your account has no qualifying activity in any 6-month period,
all miles and credit in the account will expire. Qualifying activity extends the expiration date of all
unexpired mileage credit in your account for 6 months from the date of the qualifying activity.

breakdowns, road conditions, weather or conditions beyond carrier’s reasonable control.
Vonlane cannot be held responsible for missed connections to other modes of
transportation such as airline flights. Vonlane is subject to normal traffic, weather, road conditions,
and mechanical limitations which may from time-to-time result in delays. Full fare refunds are not issued
for normal transportation industry delays.

characteristic. All travelers are required to check-in with a Vonlane representative 5 minutes prior to
their scheduled departure.

not subject to refund due to Wi-Fi issues. Passengers with mission critical internet access needs are
encouraged to have a backup plan such as a hotspot or tether to a mobile phone.

matches the name on their Vonlane ticket in order to board the motor coach. Vonlane is certified and
compliant with the Transportation Security Administration's Surface Transportation Security program.

motorcoach.
Luggage
Passengers are limited to two bags of 50 pounds or less and one carry-on bag that can
fit in a coach’s overhead storage compartment. Please be advised that bags that commonly fit in a
commercial airline overhead compartment will not fit in a motor coach’s overhead compartment. Any bag that
does not fit in an overhead compartment will be required to be placed in the under bay luggage compartment
which is not accessible during a trip. Any bag a traveler wishes to have with them during transit must fit
in the overhead compartment, which generally can accommodate a briefcase, computer bag, or backpack.
Vonlane is not responsible for nor liable for any damage done to luggage or the contents of luggage during
loading, transit, or unloading. Passengers are strongly recommended to keep electronics and other
valuables with them in the motor coach cabin rather than in checked baggage transported below the coach in
a luggage bay.
Children
All passengers, regardless of age, must have their own purchased seat. Lap children or
infants are not allowed aboard any Vonlane trip. Vonlane does not allow children under the age of five
aboard a coach. Booster seats or child car seats of any kind cannot be accommodated about a Vonlane coach.
Children are not permitted to walk in the aisle during a trip and must remain seated with the exception of
short restroom breaks. The Vonlane cabin is smaller and quieter than an aircraft. For this reason, based
on experience, Vonlane does not allow children under five years of age to ride.
Children age 10 and above may travel alone provided that an Unaccompanied Minor form
is submitted to the Vonlane Passenger Service Center prior to the departure of the child's trip.
Pets
Small dogs, weighing less than 10 pounds, in a carry-case that can fit by a
passenger's legs, are allowed on a Vonlane coach. The carry-case must be fully enclosed and the dog fully
secured in the case. The case is not permitted on any table, seat, or in the coach aisle. The case, with
dog inside, must remain on the floor by the passenger's feet throughout the trip. The carry case must not
impede the personal space of any other passenger, their seat, or leg rest. Cats and other animals are not
allowed aboard the motor coaches.
Bicycles
Bicycles cannot be stored in Vonlane luggage bays. Due to the unique nature of our
motor coaches we do not have the same luggage capacity as a typical 45 foot motor coach.
Service Animals
Service animals that are "trained to take a specific action when needed to assist the
person with a disability" are allowed aboard without being in an animal carrier. All service animals must
be harnessed and controlled by the passenger at all times. Vonlane adheres to the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). The ADA does not cover emotional support dogs. Therefore, emotional support dogs
that cannot adhere to the pet policy above cannot travel aboard Vonlane. For reference, you can view FAQs
published by www.ada.gov at www.ada.gov/regs2010/service_animal_qa.html

e-cigarettes, smokeless cigarettes, vaping products, medical marijuana, or pipes is prohibited aboard
Vonlane motor coaches. Smokeless tobacco products are also not permitted in Vonlane coaches.
