Safety and devotion are two of Vonlane's core values. The safety of our passengers, crew, and fellow over-the-road travelers is of paramount importance to Vonlane. Therefore, in light of the current coronavirus situation, Vonlane is taking the following steps:
Vonlane will block all aisle seats and certain conference table seats to ensure passengers sit alone, distanced from fellow travelers. Should guests traveling together wish to sit next to each other, special accommodations can be made, capacity permitting, by the Vonlane passenger service team. This seat blocking policy will be in place for all trips taking place through September 30, 2020.
Celeste Sani-Cide EX3
Vonlane has selected Celeste’s Sani-Cide EX3 product to disinfect the interior of all motor coaches.
Sani-Cide EX3 (EPA REG. NO. 42048-4) offers a safe and effective approach to disinfect hard surfaces such as tray tables, armrests, toilets, lavatory door handles, galley workspaces, and any other objects/surfaces which passengers and crew may come in contact with. Sani-Cide EX3 is listed on the US EPA website's "List N". All products on "List N" meet EPA's criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.

All Vonlane motor coaches are now stocked with Sani Professional, PDI and comparable hand sanitizer products which are readily available to passengers throughout the duration of travel. These products are NSF certified and FDA food code compliant.
We are also taking steps to limit person-to-person contamination. Vonlane Attendants are outfitted with FDA food code compliant gloves that are worn during the service of any consumable product. All Vonlane crew members are masked throughout your trip. Passengers are requested and strongly encouraged to wear a non-surgical face covering that covers nose and mouth during boarding and throughout the trip. Face coverings can be removed while a passenger is eating or drinking inside the motor coach. All passengers must submit to a contactless fever scan prior to boarding a Vonlane motor coach. Passengers with a temperature registering over 100.3 degrees will not be permitted to board the Vonlane motor coach.
Cancellations and Modifications
We know, that due to this crisis, many of you have rapidly changing travel plans. Don't forget our flexible modification policy. You can modify your travel at any time, at no cost. We don't have change fees, and we won't charge you a "fare difference". If you need to cancel, just give us 24 hours notice for a full refund on your credit card. We do feel that our service is a great travel alternative during these stressful times as you can avoid crowded airports and boarding areas. During the month of June we have blocked all aisle seats so that you always sit alone, traveling with a maximum of 12 other passengers. We will evaluate this policy for trips taking place in July and August as we approach the month of July.
